The video seem to be from India, where Cobra is worshiped as a religious entity by Hindus.In case you haven't heard this yet, Cow is yet another animal worshiped as holy by Hindus. Thats probably why every other photograph from India shows a wandering cow. Another interesting fact is that while 80% of Indians are Hindus, India has the worlds largest Muslim population!! Ever heard of any Muslim related violence from India? I haven't! So perhaps we should all stop associating religion with terror and other crap.Its just the attitude of some people in some geographical locations.
